There are few design and development aspects that are already well established and the outline of their transformation can be grasped down the line in few years. Secondly, some famous research organizations like DAPRA or MIT Media Labs or even Google X or IBM are working on an array of futuristic tech projects which are often branded with a term called ‘Next Big Thing’ and they are likely to create huge impact in the way we envisage and incorporate web in different facets of life.

The most important thing that is going to happen is the transformation of the means and manoeuvres in gathering information, data storage and accessibility. It may seem futuristic but our organic function can start interacting with digital data in an altogether different way. In the years to come we can consume a programmed data pill to make huge data and logical inputs to our brain through our nervous system or blood stream. Instead of wearing a smartwatch in our wrist intelligent digital parts can be implanted in our body and that can network with other devices and humans carrying such parts. With such trends being a future reality we can as well think of network of humans replacing so called networked computers and devices. Increasing pace of integration between biotech and electronics is making us optimistic of such a future.
